Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the bad influence of returned exhaust gas in an ultrasonic vibrator fuel-atomizing device by constructing an air intake port to be opened in the downstream of an air-cleaner and an air-fuel mixture supply port and an exhaust gas returning passage to be opened in the downstream of the air intake port respectivey.
CONSTITUTION: The fuel sent from a fuel tank 8 by a pump 14 is collected in a casing 12 as being kept at a constant depth by a float 16, and atomized into several μ by an ultrosonic vibrator 13 to be floated in a mixing chamber 17. Meanwhile, the suction air sent from an air cleaner 5 is partly introduced from an air intake port 18 into the mixing chamber 17, and changed into air-fuel mixture, which is conducted to a suction passage 4 from a supply port 20 by the negative pressure of suction air passing through a Venturi tube 19. Besides, an exhaust gas returning passage 21 is connected to downstreams 21a and 21b of an exhaust passage 6 and the air intake port 18 for preventing the entering of exhaust gas into a fuel atomizing device 7. This construction permits to prevent the bad influence of returned exhaust gas.
