When a switch SW is turned on, a relay RL1 is operated, is self-held by a make contact rl1, and also operates a relay RL2 by a make contact rl'1. Subsequently, when the relay RL2 is operated, a relay RL3 is operated by its make contact rl2, and also a relay RL4 is operated by a transfer contact rl'2. Furthermore, when the relay RL4 is operated, a make contact rl4 is turned on, an output POW1 is generated from an electric power supply unit I1, also, a break contact rl'4 is turned off, a make contact rl''4 is turned off, and a relay RL5 is operated.
