Abstract
PURPOSE:To cut a leaf of about 20 micron thickness by fitting a movable member carrying a cutting blade support base tightly by means of a moving direction regulating member, and moving the same laterally and back and forth with a motor. CONSTITUTION:A test piece is held and fixed to the place A of a state 1, and a geared motor 9 is run forward. Also, a DC motor 12 is run. Then, while a moving member 15 is oscillated in lateral directions (b) by a crank mechanism 14, it advances in the direction (a) approaching to the stage 1. As a result, the test pieces is cut by a cutting blade 30 supported to a support member 29. Since the member 15 is held tightly fitted to a moving direction regulating member 20 and is so corrected as to perform strictly linear motion, the cutting blade support base oscillates only in the lateral directions without oscillating longitudinally; therefore, the test piece is cut to a leaf of about 20 micron thickness.
