Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable smooth driving for the arm at the start of driving of the arm, by gradually illuminating the projection element of the deflection angle detection mechanism at the start of illumination, while constituting the mechanism of the arm with photoelectric system.
CONSTITUTION: When the arm 31 is at lifting up position, the LED illumination control circuit 40 makes the LED 33 at the distinguishing state with the position of the switch 41 in this case.
