Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to obtain the discrimination with a good accuracy with a simple constitution, by operating a voltage comparator with a good accuracy condition near zero potential, for the discrimination near the minimum bit required for the accuracy as the voltage comparator.
CONSTITUTION: The analog quantity Vi aplied to a terminal 1 is charged in a storage capacitor 41 through switches 42, 43 conducted at the time T1. The switches 42, 43 are nonconductive at the time T2 and the voltage Vi is stored between the terminals of the capacitor 41.
