Abstract
PURPOSE: To make thin a rotary head cylinder on the direct driving system, by positioning the upper part of its base in a lower cylinder while positioning the upper in the stator unit of a driving motor.
CONSTITUTION: At the upper and lower ends of base body 4, ball bearings 32 and 34 are fitted, main shaft 36 is inserted through the bearings, and upper cylinder 54 having rotary head 52 fixed is fitted to the shaft. In this case, while the center of lower cylinder 2 penetrates the upper part of base body 4, it is fitted to base body 4 by screw 3. Stator unit 48 of the driving motor is fitted by screw 49 from the lower side of base body 4. To the main shaft, previously pressurizing boss 42 is fixed to press ball bearing 34 via washer 40 and previously pressurizing holder 38. Rotor unit 46 of the driving motor is fitted by screw 45 from the lower side of boss 42 so as to cover internally stator unit 48. The lower part of base body 4 is extended into stator unit 48.
