Abstract
PURPOSE:To equalize the quality of rotor iron cores by aligning the rotor iron cores in such a manner that the grooves or holes of the iron cores are referred to be rectilinearly in parallel with respect to an axial center, applying skews to the winding slots to laminate the iron cores and thereby facilitating the lamination with a simple jig. CONSTITUTION:The winding slots 2 are arranged at an equal interval on the outer periphery of the rotor iron plate 1, the keyway or groove 4 is formed in the hole 3 for a rotary shaft, and is skewed at a predetermined angle at the slot 2 with respect to a rectilinear line parallel to the axial center of the rotary shaft. When this iron core is laminated, adjacent rotor iron plates 1 are displaced at a skew angle but are formed in the same shape except the skewed side. Such rotor ion plates 1 are laminated and a rotor iron core is thus formed. Thus, the respective rotor ion plates 1 are accurately skewed with an accurate entire skew angle, thereby equalizing the quality of the rotor ion cores.
