Abstract

PURPOSE:To cool the conductor assuredly and to enhance the cooling effect in the container furthermore, by providing an exhausting means to reduce the pressure to the value lower than the pressure in the central part of the shaft in the coil container, at the outlet side of the pipe which cools the lead conductor. CONSTITUTION:An air exhausting pump 22 is provided in the piping system connecting a pressure relief valve 18, a buffer tank 16, and a compressor 19. The suction pressure of said exhausting pump 22 is maintained at the pressure which is the sum of the pressure at the central part of the shaft of the coil container and the valve corresponding to the resistance of the fluid in the piping 6B. The exhaust pressure is made as approximately the atmospheric pressure. By providing said exhausting pump 22, even though the pressure in the coolant inlet port of the piping 6B through the lead conductors 9A and 9B, i.e., the central part of the shaft in the container is reduced to the value lower than the atmospheric pressure, the coolant can be sufficiently flowed to the side of a feeding and exhausting means 5 from the inlet port of the piping 6B. Thus, the cooling effect of the coil container can be enhanced furthermore.
