Abstract

PURPOSE:To prepare a high quality foam-molded product efficiently by a method wherein special movable molding dies, special movable cooling dies and a high pressure atmosphere room are used in combinations, a rough molded product is transferred under pressure and the final product is released from the die in the open air. CONSTITUTION:In a set of dies 10, 20 clamped, material is filled, heated and molded to provide a rough molding (a).
