Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the productivity and working accuracy simply by drawing a nozzle body after an inner tube is grooved on the circumference thereof in the formation of a mixture gas uniflow section instead of slotting a long hole on the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:This gas cutting tip A is composed of a shell 1, an outer tube 2 and an inner tube 3. The shell 1 which is constructed of an easy-to-work-brass is provided at the center with a cutting oxygen inlet port 7 about which preheating oxygen inlets 5 (6 for example) are separately provided parallel therewith. In addition, fuel gas inlets 6 are formed in a ring on the circumference of the shell 1 communicating to the preheating oxygen inlet 5, while a mixing chamber 12 of a slightly large diameter is cut in front of the inlet 5 communicating thereto. The outer tube 2 made of copper or stainless steel is expanded in such a large diameter at the rear end of the inner surface thereof as to hold an expansion mixing chamber 11. The inner tube 3 is provided at the center with a cutting oxygen outlet port 8 so arranged to be smaller in its diameter as it goes toward the front.
