Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable the supply of a desired preset steam pressure without being affected by fluctuations of the steam source pressure, by calculating a valve opening at which the estimated ejector supply pressure becomes equal to the desired pressure, and using it as a valve opening instruction to a pressure control valve.
CONSTITUTION: In order to make the supply steam pressure P equal to the preset pressure Pset of a pressure setter 14 irrespective of changes in the pressure Ps of a steam source 1 and the supply steam pressure P to an ejector 3, the necessary valve opening X is calculated almost instantaneously to obtain a valve opening signal to a control valve 2. Thus, a proper valve opening instruction can be transmitted almost instantaneously with a large change of the steam pressure Ps of, for instance, 60W 20kg/cm2, in a short period of time, so that it is possible to properly control the supply steam pressure P only with the delay in response of the control valve 2.
