Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the reliability and simplification of the 60 degrees bending work for the tail end of a steel bar, the prevention for the steel bar from swelling, and the fixation of the top end of the steel bar, by specially constituting a guiding block, and by additionally arranging a hook- bending roller and a backup roller, in the bending device for pressing the steel bar while it is restrained by the roller.
CONSTITUTION: The guiding block 17 of the bending device 1 to obtain the looped material of the reinforcing iron bar, etc., is provided with a soild bridge 19 in a specified breadth located diagonally; on both sides of the solid bridge 19, the floor levels are made different; in the deeper floor 21, a chucking cam 20 is installed.
