Abstract

PURPOSE: To form a fine deep pore in high accuracy by a method wherein a prime hole with a large diameter is drilled in an article to be processed and a wire material having a diameter the same to a desired pore diameter is inserted therethrough as a core mold and an inner surfacer of the prime hole is filled by metal plating.
CONSTITUTION: The prime hole 2 having a diameter larger than a desired pore diameter is drilled in the article 1 to be processed such as a steel material and the wire material such as a glass having a diameter the same to the desired pore diameter is inserted through the prime hole 2 as the core mold 3. Subsequently, the article 1 to be processed is used as a cathode and a plating layer 5 such as chromium is formed to an inner peripheral surface of the prime hole 2 by an electrolytic plating method or the like. When the plating treatment is advanced and a gap between the prime hole 2 and the core mold 3 is filled with the plating layer 5, and plating treatment is stopped and the core mold 3 is removed from the prime hole 2.
