Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce a feed volume in a high-rotation area and reduce an electric power consumption by cutting off a through channel with the help of a change-over valve, making one discharge chamber communicative with a fluid equipment and circulating back a fluid from the other discharge chamber to a tank side when a discharge flow exceeds a prearranged value.
CONSTITUTION: If the number of rotor 5 revolutions exceeded a prearranged value, a flow passage change-over valve 19 begins narrowing the opening of a connection channel 18 and at the same time, makes a discharge chamber 15B communicative with a tank-side channel 20. Then finally the connection channel 18 is completely closed and the discharge chamber 15B is totally communicative with the tank-side channel 20, so that a pressure fluid from the discharge chamber 15B gradually reduces a supply volume to a discharge chamber 15A, increasing a circulating flow to the tank side. Consequently, a pressure fluid volume directed from the discharge chamber 15B to a supply flow channel 24 is reduced and following an increase in the number of rotations of the rotor 5, the total of a supply flow volume from the discharge chamber 15A increasing a discharge volume and a supply flow volume from the discharge chamber 15B is almost constant. Under this constitution, it is possible to reduce a required power consumption compared to the conventional device whose total discharge volume is under high pressure.
