Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent fuel concentration by checking the opening of a control system during a driving at an elevated area regarding a device equipped with an "open" signal generation circuit which generates a signal to open a control system under prearranged conditions of engine parameters.
CONSTITUTION: The concentration of an exhaust gas component from an engine 1 is detected by means of an exhaust gas sensor 3 and the detected output is compared with a prearranged voltage VREF1 by a deviation detection circuit 4, so that a deviation is detected. This deviation output passes through a cut switch circuit SW and is integrated and pressure-divided by means of P-I signal generation circuit 5. Then it is overlapped to make P-I signal, controlling a mixed gas supply device 7 through a control signal generation circuit 8. At that time, when an "open" signal generation circuit 8 decides that the control system should be in "open" condition under prearranged engine parameter conditions, SW is in "off" position. However, when an elevated area detection circuit 10 decides that a vehicle in now running at an elevated area, it shuts off an output from the circuit 8 through a gate circuit 11, performing an ordinary return circulation control.
