CONSTITUTION:The plurality of stators 21-24 and carriers 3, positioned on the rail in such a manner that they do not obstruct the traveling on the rail and having the secondary conductor, are provided and two sensors 41-44 and 41'-44' to be used for detecting the carrier 3 are provided in the vicinity of both ends of each stator. When one of the sensors detects the carrier material, the stator to which said sensor belongs starts excitation and when the other sensor detects the above carrier material, the excitation of the stator to which said sensor belongs is terminated by the above sensor.
