Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce surface working and treating processes and assure the reproducibility of pattern working by using a laser beam for the surface working of the work and cooperatively moving the work and an industrial robot. CONSTITUTION:The work 20 is set to a working table 10 and a computer control unit 18 built in with operating sequence is operated. While the working table 10 and an industrial robot 26 are being cooperatively moved, a laser unit 25 is operated. The laser beam 31 oscillated from a laser oscillator 30 goes through a focusing lens 32 and is irradiated through a laser working nozzle 34 to the work 20. While the laser beam 31 is being irradiated, the working table 10 is moved or the head 35 of the laser unit 25 is selectively or cooperatively moved, whereby predetermined patterns are applied on the working surface. At this time, a shielding gas is blown from the shielding gas blow port 37 of the nozzle 34, whereby an antioxidation film is formed on the working surface.
