Further, output circuit 7 which transmits the output of the terminal equipment corresponding to the signal of detector 5 to the transmitter via transmission line 2 is provided, and emergency circuit 9 which cuts off output circuit 7 when the terminal equipment provided with detector 5 is faulted. Then, the transmitted signal is inputted to controller 8, such as a computer, via receiving circuit 6 to control load 4, such as lighting apparatus, through OR circuit 10, driving circuit 11 and switching element 12.
