Abstract
PURPOSE:To smoothly widen pulse width of the secondary output and to stabilize operation without generating saturation of the magnetic flux even in the event of over current flow by composing a transformer iron core of a combination of laminated magnetic core plate, which makes a usual closed magnetic circuit of the transofmer and a magnetic plate with a gap. CONSTITUTION:A transformer iron core is composed of a combination of usual laminated magnetic core plates 1 and a magnetic plate with a gap 5 and these are laminated en bloc. In said constitution a B-H loop of the magnetic core plates 1 has a curve as shown in Fig. a while the magnetic core plate 5 has a B-H loop as shown in Fig. b. Consequently the combined B-H loop becomes a curve as shown in Fig. c cuasing no magnet saturation even in the event of over current flow so that the pulse width of the secondary output widens smoothly. Thus even in the event of minute detected current or of overcurrent the operation is stabilized.
