Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the consumption of electric current by increasing and widening a gain and band width per stage of an amplifier respectively. CONSTITUTION:Since the impedance of capacitor C3 is great as a signal is low in frequency, transistors TRQ3 and Q4 operate as a current Miller circuit and overall gain G3 in this case is equal to G1+6dB providing that G1 is the gain of differential amplifier A1 itself. On the other hand, when the frequency of the signal is high, TRQ4 functions as common emitter one because the impedance of capacitor C3 can be ignored. Therefore, overall gain G4 in this case is 2G1+6dB and even when gain G1 of differential amplifier A1 decrease according to a rise in the frequency of the signal,gain G4 never decreases on the whole, so that a broad band and high gain can be obtained.
