Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to test and prove the high dielectric strength by combining the simulated winding wherein a plurality of coils are wound around the electrode via a main insulator and an inductionless resistance type potential divider which is arranged to surround said simulated winding, and connecting the loads of the simplated winding to the potential divider. CONSTITUTION:The simulated winding 10 simulates a core and other windings, and is wound around a cylindrical electrode 14 which is vertically fixed on a mounting 12 via the main insulator 16. The winding 10 is composed of the (n) number of simulating coils 18. The leads 20 are taken out of coils 18, respectively. The spaces between the coils are electrically insulated. The inductionless resistance type potential divider 22 is arranged so as to surround the winding 10. Said potential divider 22 is supported by a many number of insulating bars 24 one end portions of which are fixed to the mounting 12 via electric field shielding electrodes 26. The leads 20 from the coil 18 are connected to the electrodes 26 or intermediate taps 28 of the potential divider 22. In this constitution, the proving test of the high dielectric strength can be conducted.
