Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A molding die 46 is prepared which has both end parts 41, 42 of a diameter approximately as long as the inner diameter of a cylindrical body to be prepared, an intermediate part 43 less than the outer diameter having the both end parts 41, 42 and a small friction coefficient mold releasing layer 45 such as teflon on the external surface of the both end parts 41, 42.
