PURPOSE: To decrease the amount of a spheroidizing material and prevent fading phenomena by causing molten cast iron and the spheroidizing material having beforehand been melted to react at the pouring.
CONSTITUTION: Prior to pouring into a mold 5, a molten spheroidizing material 2 such as Mg alloy is added from a spheroidizing material melting furnace 1 or ladle into a pouring ladle 3 filled with molten cast iron, and the molten metal after the spheroidization is poured into the mold 5. Additionally, the ladle 3 of the molten cast iron 4 and the melting furnace 1 or ladle of the molten metal 2 are positioned above the pouring port 5a of the mold 5, and the molten metals 2, 4 are poured from both into the mold 5.
