Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the fabrication of a heat collector and increase heat efficiency by providing each bent metal thin sheet of efficient heat conductive property in plural parallel grooves communicating with each other and arranging a light permeating plate liquid-tight on the outer side of the said sheet. CONSTITUTION:Plural concave grooves are formed in parallel on a base plate 10 of glass or synthetic resin and are set in communication with each other by means of a through hole 14 forming a single channel. A highly heat-absorptive paint is applied on the inner surface of the concave groove 12 and a metal thin membrane of efficient heat conductive property 16 applied with silicon crystal powder is attached. The upper part is covered with a thin metal sheet of efficient heat conductive property 22 applied with silicon crystal powder after application of a highly heat absorptive paint. This thin metal sheet 22 has a part 24 corresponding to the concave groove 12 bent in the form of ''V'' letter in cross section and with longitudinal both ends 26a, 26b expanded in the form of cone. A light permeating plate 28 is fitted liquid-tight into the external side of the thin metal sheet 22.
