Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture the film having a good slidability by a method wherein a high temperature area and a low temperature area are provided on a cooling cast roll sequentially to cystalize the surface of the film partially in case the film is manufactured by melting and extruding a thermoplastic polymer. CONSTITUTION:The thermoplastic polymer is extruded from a die 1 onto the cooling cast roll. The extruded film is adhered closely to the cooling cast roll by an electrostatic force generated by an electrode 8. Then, the film is slowly cooled properly in the high temperature area 3 at first, thereafter, is brought into the low temperature area 4 and is cooled perfectly. Thus, the film having a good slidability even in a circumstance of high temperature and high humidity may be manufactured by a method wherein the surface of the film is crystallized partially.
