Abstract
PURPOSE: To tightly seal the clearance between the insertion hole and the terminal, and to improve the working efficiency, by providing a rising part in the substrate, and by caulking the terminal and smashing the rising part at the same time.
CONSTITUTION: The first crooked piece 21 is inserted into the first insertion hole 12a formed in the substrate; the bottom edge of the piece 21 is placed upside, and the projections 21a, 21a, are smshed downward by the press machine; hereby, the lower part of the first crooked piece 21 is caulked to both edges of the first insertion hole 12a. At the same time, the rising parts 13a, 13a, are smashed by the press work in order to tightly seal the clearances 30, 30, between the first insertion hole 12a and both sides of the first crooked piece 21. The shoulder of the second crooked piece 22 is similarly pressed down by the press machine in order to set by caulking, and next, the rising parts 13b, 13b, are smashed by the press machine in order to tightly seal the clearance between the insertion hole and the second crooked piece. As a result, the adhesive coating process becomes unnecessary, and the working efficiency can be improved without hurting the health of workers.
