Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to execute weighing together with measurment, by providing the main weighing hopper which can be opened and closed freely, on the lower part of the reserve weighing hopper which can be opened and closed freely, and also providing the dispersing hopper provided with a dispersing bar stepwise, on the lower part than said main hopper.
CONSTITUTION: The reserve weighing hopper 1 consists of the fixed hopper 1a and the rocking hopper of a snout shape, and the rocking hopper 1b rocks against the spring 7 by operation of the rotary solenoid 4. The main weighing hopper 12 is provided on the lower part of the reserve weighing hopper 1, and it consists of the fixed hopper 12a and the rocking hopper 12b in the same way as the hopper 1, it rotates centering around a fulcrum 13, and can be opened and closed freely. The dispersing hopper 25 consists of the fixed hopper 25a and the rotary hopper 25b, and as for the latter, the dispersing bar 26 is stretched stepwise. By means of these hoppers, a chip group can be dropped down automatically in nearly constant status, and that which has viscosity such as cheese, etc. can be made a block in the course of measurement.
