Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce a stray loss of the upper and lower part metals and to make fixing bolts to fix the lower part winding tightening insulating plate in a lower part tightening metal needless by a method wherein fixing depth of cut formed at four corners of the upper and lower tightening insulating plates and fixing insulating plates are installed. CONSTITUTION:Fixed depth of cut parts for setting fixing insulating plates 21, 22 are installed at four corners of upper and lower winding tightening insulators 8, 9 and holes for inserting a fitting bolts 23 are installed in the insulating plates 21, 22. Whereas, screw holes for screwing the fitting bolts 23 to fix the insulsting plates 21, 22 are installed. The insulating plates 21, 22 are fixed with a tightening metals 6, 7 therefore, the insulating plates 8, 9 are fixed with the tightening metals 6, 7 and thus, they are fixed to the winding 1. And still, an insulating plate 25 fitted to the lower tightening metal 7 supports the weight of a protruding part of the winding 1 from a magnetic shielding iron core 2. Accordingly, the lower plate of the upper tightening metal 6 can be reduced. As a result, the stray loss of the upper and lower tightening metals 6, 7 can be reduced and fixing bolts to fix the insulating plate 9 to the lower part tightening metal 7 can be eliminated.
