Abstract
PURPOSE: To achieve the improvement in the accuracy of photometry by so constituting the device that the photometry at the ascending of a movable mirror and at its descending is accomplished by the same photometric element and that the direct incident light to the photometric element from a taking lens is shielded at the ascending of the mirror.
CONSTITUTION: A light-transmitting part is provided partially to a movable mirror 3, so that the photometry at the ascending of the mirror and at its descending is accomplished by the same photometric element 4 disposed on the back face of the mirror 3. Hence, the luminous flux transmitting through the light-transmitting part at the descending of the mirror may be measured by the photometric element 4; therefore, the accurate photometry may be done for the main subject. A structural body for limiting incident light directions by a wall part 5b is formed to the frame body 5 of the movable mirror 3. Accordingly, when the mirror 3 is moved upward by depressing a shutter button, the light reflected on the film 8 plane or the surface of a shutter curtain 6 enters the photometric element 4 but direct insident light (b) is shielded by the wall part 5b, thus correct exposure may be done by the output of this photometric element 4.
