Abstract

PURPOSE: To accomplish oil and labor saving by limiting the fuel oil to a small account enough to operate an automatic temperature controller through mechanical supply of substitute oil to make up for insufficient oil.
CONSTITUTION: Chains 4 and 4' are looped around chain gears 1 and 1' and 2 and 2' provided on both upper and lower sides to construct a conveyor A. The conveyor A is arranged inclined on the side of a heater B equipped with an automatic ignition type burner for oil fuel and an automatic temperature controller while connected to a storage hopper 8 therebehind. As a motor 9 turns regulated in the operation time with a timer, interlocked chains 4 and 4' are actuated to feed an ogalite as a solid fuel onto a fire grating in a burning furnace. This makes it free from constant attending by operators thereby enabling the saving of oil and labor.
