Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate an assembling and disassembling of a ram of an undetachable cam-type oil pressure cylinder as well as to prevent a damage to its sealing material, by forming a stopper with steel balls arranged in a ringlike channel at a head of the ram.
CONSTITUTION: In a part 28 of a small diameter, close to a head of a ram 23, is formed a ringlike channel 26 which constitutes a stopper with many steel balls 27 arranged therein, at a position of the maximum elongation of the ram. The steel balls 27 are put in the ringlike channel 26 through a hole 30 made on a side of a cylinder tube 21. Being in a slight contact with an inside of the cylinder tube 21, the steel balls 27 constitute a sort of ball bearing. This arrangement of steel balls 27 in the ringlike channel 26 as a stopper results in easiness of assembling and disassembling of the ram 23 as well as prevention of a damage to a sealing material 25. Further, it functions as a bearing material and secures a smooth operation of the ram.
