Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a loss of iron materials by increasing an efficiency of stock layout by a method wherein a dimensional relationship between an opening part and a magnetic path and magnetic shunt is specified in the iron core of a stabilizer of the type in which the secondary coils are arranged at both ends of the primary coil. CONSTITUTION:The leakage autotransformer type stabilizer 2 forming a stabilizer for two lamps is provided with the common primary coil 3 connected to AC power supply 1 and the two secondary coils 4, 4' located at both ends of the primary coil. Then, a fluorescent lamp 5 with a glow starter 6 and a fluorescent lamp 5' with a glow starter 6' are connected in parallel to the coils 4, 4' respectively to be made a discharge lamp lighting circuit.
