Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a high-level positioning function with a compact structure and to obtain a large reduction ratio by forming the fulcrum pivot and output point part pivot of a reduction rod on different plane parts.
CONSTITUTION: The rotation of motor 1 is converted by a feed screw into linear motion, which operates as input displacement P on point F of link 21 through link 3. To the other end of this link 21, block 22 is fixed and this block 22 and fulcrum part 23 are coupled together by pivot 14 to form fulcrum G. Further, block 22 and fulcrum part 25 are coupled together by pivot 15 to form output point H. Then, input displacement P is reduced at the ratio between distances GH and FG through the rotation of link 21 centering on point G and transferred from point H to fine movement table 6 by way of output point member 25 and roller bearing 24. Thus, this mechanism of compact structure has the high-level positioning function and obtains the large reduction ratio.
