Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate the assembling and adjustment through the reduction in number of parts by a structure wherein fixed electrodes are provided on a single insulator by sintering or other methods.
CONSTITUTION: First and second fixed electrodes 14, 15 are provided at only one side with respect to a movable electrode 9 and variable capacity is formed between the first fixed electrode 14 and the movable electrode 9 positioned facing each other. Further, a confronting electrode 11 stationary facing the second fixed electrode 15 and electrically connected to the movable electrode 9 is provided, and then constant capacity serving as standard for measurement is formed between the confronting electrode 11 and the second fixed electrode 15. The capacity between the both electrodes 9 and 14 is vaired with the differential pressure applied between diaphragms 3A and 3B.
