Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the configuration to become thin, compact, and light weight, and to enhance torque characteristics, by providing a stepped part at the end of a coupling part of a metallic cylinder by using a plastic machining means. CONSTITUTION:Compressing rollers 10 and 11 are concentrically coupled with roller shafts 12 and 13, respectively, and shaft cores O2 and O3 of said shafts 12 and 13 can be moved in the same plane. The distance between the axes O2 and O3 can be adjusted in conformity with the shape of the stepped part of the field-frame blank material 1' comprising a metallic cylinder at the end of which the step is provided. An inner diameter support layer 9, which positions the axis O1 of the field-frame blank material 1' and O2, O3 on the same plane, can be moved and adjusted on the plane including the axes O2 and O3 so that the axes O2 and O3 are symmetrical with respect to the axis O1. Furthermore, the inner diameter supporting layer 9 can be rotated together with the field-frame blank material 1' with the axis O1 as a center. Therefore, the configuration becomes thin, compact, and light weight, and the torque characteristics can be enhanced.
