Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to process a plurality of services with a single audio response unit, by performing the selective switching operation to the upper rank processor in the switching control unit. CONSTITUTION:When multi-frequency PB signal is output to the line 9 via the exchange network 10 from either one of the subscribers 11 and 12, it is received with the audio control unit 2 and after line control, it is tentatively stored. After that, the upper rank processor selection information is output to the switching control unit 5, and the upper rank processor 7 or 8 selected receives data transmission. The selected upper rank processor 7 or 8 performs audio edit based on the PB signal information and performs transmission to the audio response unit 1 via the audio output address and the switching control unit 5. The audio response unit 1 outputs the audio read out from the audio memory units 3, 4 with the audio output address for customer service.
