Here, the assignment information of connector unit CON is read out from the assigned memory part and connector unit CON is controlled, according to the information, thereby discriminating between the idle and busy states of line C connected via connector unit CON. Once it is discriminated that the circuit is idle, information on the equipment positions of memory parts MEMs C1 to Cn equivalent to the circuit is sent out to the connection controller.
