Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the charge for telephone calls from being expensive on the line where a picture signal is queued, by providing a memory where calls are stored in order from a call to a destination of a cheaper charge to a call to a destination of a more expensive charge and by subjecting calls to the call processing successively in order from a call to a destination of a cheaper charge. CONSTITUTION:Codes of all destination of dispatching multiaddress communication are stored in a buffer DBR through a CPU. A comparing circuit COM reads out destination codes in the buffer DBR and destination codes in a memory MEM and transfers them to a charging parameter file MFM, and destination codes are stored in the memory MEM in order of charging parameters transferred from the file memory MEM. By the call instruction, destination codes in the memory MEM are read out to destination buffers BR1 and BR2 in order address, and corresponding dial number buffers DNB1 and DNB2 are started.
