Abstract

PURPOSE:To stabilize the output of a pulse laser device and reduce the size of the device by forming a resonator of a right angle prism in folding manner. CONSTITUTION:A phase shifting reflecting mirror 6 is placed on one side of a laser active substance 3, and a reflecting mirror 2 is placed through a deflector 4, a right angle prism 7 and a pockels cell 5, and 1/4 wavelength plate 8 on the other side thereof, and a pulse laser device is formed. Since the laser light is deflected by the prism 7, the device can be reduced in size and since the mirror 6 corresponding to the output mirror is approached to the mirror 2, the output can be stabilized with respect to the vibration and temperature change.
