Abstract
PURPOSE:To set preferable processing conditions without rotating a workpiece, by performing completely independently each other the rotation and the axial oscillation of the hole enlarging device attached to the main shaft. CONSTITUTION:The rotational force generated by a motor 6 for rotation is transmitted via a main pulley 7, a belt 40 and a driven pulley 8 to a transmission shaft 10 and then to the main shaft 19. On the other hand by rotation of a motor 24 for oscillation, the tip of an eccentric shaft 22 is vertically moved twice the eccentric amount S, the vertical movement of the tip of the eccentric shaft 22 is transmitted to a main shaft guide block 15, and the main shaft rotatably fixed to the block 15 is vertically oscillated by the rotation of the eccentric shaft 22. Thus, since the rotation and the axially vertical oscillation of the hole enlarging device 31 attached to the main shaft 19 are completely independent from each other, it is not required to rotate the workpiece, and if the diameter of the hole enlarging device 31 is changed, fabarable processing conditions may be set since a desired cross angle can be obtained by adjustment.
