CONSTITUTION:An input signal is converted into a digital signal at an A/D converter 41 and fed to a transversal filter 42 and a waveform memory 46. The signal passing through the filter 42 is fed to another waveform memory 48. The correlation between the two signals stored in the memories 46 and 48 is made at a correlation device 47 to obtain the amplitude and delaying time of multiplex propagation signal. In this case, the operation by the correlation device 47 is controlled with a microcomputer 45. Further, the information from a memory 44 is calculated by the microcomputer 45 and the result is displayed on a display device 49.
