Abstract

PURPOSE: To automatically stabilize the fluctuations in output current based on changes in load by selecting the value out of any of the input resistor, positive feedback resistor and negative feedback resistor of a full current feedback type voltage to current converting circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A noninverted input and an inverted input are applied to an amplifier A and a current amplifying transistor Q, the former via an input resistor R1 and the latter via an input resistor R2. The values obtained with a series resistor R0 from the outputs thereof are positive and negative fed back respectively by means of feedback resistors R3, R4. As a result, the current I1 corresponding to input voltage V1, -V2 flows through the primary winding of a current transformer CT, and the output current I0 proportional to this is applied to a load RL. If the values of resistors R1, and R2, R3 are defined as R, the value of R4 is defined as Rx and the leakage resistance component as Rl, Rx may be easily obtained by Rx=(Rl.R-Rl.R0-R0.R)/(R0+Rl) from an equivalent circuit; therefore, the change in the output current I0 may be stabilized automatically by adapting this value to the feedback resistor Rx.
