Abstract
PURPOSE: To solidify the ground firmly, with easy operation, without environmental pollution, by mixing an alumina cement slurry and a Portland cement slurry at a specific ratio, and grouting the mixture into the ground.
CONSTITUTION: An alumina cement slurry having a water-cement ratio of ≤130% and a Portland cement slurry having a water-cement ratio of ≤130% are pumped into separate grouting tubes, and mixed together at the outlet end of the tubes. The mixture is grouted into the ground to be solidified. The amount of the alumina cement slurry in the whole mixture is adjusted to be 5W80wt%.
