Abstract

PURPOSE: To remove mixed water content easily and efficiently by use of a simple device by evaporating only mixed water content by heating and atomizing oil containing water content in a evacuation distilling tank and then by separating it as drops by a cooler.
CONSTITUTION: Evacuation distilling tank 1 is evacuated by evaculation pump 11 and unprocessed oil is fed from tank 13 via purifier 14 and heated by heater 15 before a proper amount of the heated oil is charged into internal tower 2 by way of a flow rate control valve. In the internal tower, the oil is flowed through rotating shaft 3, supported pivotally on supporting part 4 at its lower part, and transferred to the surface of diffusing vane 6 and the oil is diffused and atomized to float in internal tower 2. Next, the dropping oil is received by punching board 9 and collected in oil collecting tank 10. On the other hand, water content is evaporated, sucked into cooler 22 via exhaust pipe 21 after passing through the gap between evacuation distilling tank 1 and internal tower 2 and stored in distilled water tank 23.
