Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent switching distortion, by connecting the parallel circuit consisting of a diode and a resistor between the collector of the first and the second trasistors TR and the emitter of the third and the fourth TRs and connecting the collector to the load respectively via the resistor. CONSTITUTION:The parallel circuit consisting of a resistor 4 and a diode D3 and a resistor 9 and D8 is connected respectively between the collector of TR1, 6 and the emitter of TR2, 7, and the collector of TR1, 6 is connected to the load 11 via the resistors 5 and 10. At a positive half cycle of input signal, the collector current of TR1, 2 is increased according to the increase of the input signal and flows to the load 11 via the resistor 5. But, since a voltage is fed forward to D8, TR6, 7 are not OFF. That is, it is important that D8 is operated to keep forward voltage, and the object is achieved by suitably setting the value of resistors 5 and 10. Since this is the same at a negative half cycle of input signal, TR1, 2, 6, 7 keep ON-state at all times to avoid the switching distortion.
