Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently produce a superheated mixed gas having no possibility of recondensation when two or more saturated gases are mixed, by using a cyclon type mixing heater having a heating means. CONSTITUTION:Saturated butane and propane gases are each introduced through the inlets 1, 2 into the heating mixer 3. Both gases swirl in the mixer 3, and gas- accompanying mist and locally-generated mist due to the difference in saturation temperature of both gases are pushed onto the wall surface of the mixer 3. Because the wall surface is heated to a high-temperature by the outside steam jacket 4, the mist is immediately vaporized and superheated, which is taken out of the outlet pipe 5. The outlet pipe 5 and steam inlet pipe 8 are installed with the temperature controller 6 and steam flow control valve 7, so that the steam flow is controlled, depending on the mixed gas temperature, to properly control the temperature of the mixing heater 3.
