CONSTITUTION: The plunger 106 of a proportioning valve is provided with the first valve 124 and the second valve 125, and a sealing member 111 for these is attached to a valve body 101. The plunger 106, on which the first control spring 109 acts usually, is also provided with the second control spring 126 whose free length is shorter than the spring 109. A pathway 120 leads to G valve until a given deceleration speed G is exceeded. When the braking pressure increases before the given G is exceeded, the plunger moves largely to come into contact with the sealing member 111 in the second valve, resulting in the force of two springs. The rising rate after folding point can be changed in relation to G.
