Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the production of harmonic distortion, by constituting the circuit that any of output transistors in push-pull connection is always on. CONSTITUTION:When an input signal Ui changes from negative to positive, a transistor 11 changes from cut-off to on-state, and the emitter current i1 sequentially increases. An emitter current i20 which is determined with a bias power supply Vb2 when an input signal Ui is negative and with the emitter resistance of the transistor 13, flows in a transistor 11 and fed to the base of the transistor 13. When the transistor 11 is on, the emitter current i2 of the transistor 12 is decreased into zero. Further, the current i3 driving the base of the transistor 13 is as shown in broken lines. Since the transistor 13 is driven with the current i3, the transistor 13 is not cut-off, allowing to suppress the production of harmonics.
