Abstract

PURPOSE: To expand bubbles stably without increasing driving current by detecting bubbles of timeseries information, transferred in a disk pattern on the ion injection system, by separating them into tracks.

In every synchronism T, bubbles reach tops of disk patterns 131W134 of respective tracks successively and when pulse currents are flowed to corresponding hairpin conductors 141W144 with time lags of synchronism T, 2T, 3T, and 4T from the transfer time, magnetic bubbles of period 4T are expanded. Therefore, a margin of the expansion period is generated and a high detection voltage that corresponds to securely expanded information can be obtained stably and securely without using any large pulse current.
