Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the standard sample imitated an optical characteristic of paper excellently and having a stable optical characteristic and also, being easy to prepare, by using specified organic compound and mixture. CONSTITUTION:A mixed material 2b is prepared by mixing organic compound having >=130 deg.C melting point and also, having absorption band in measuring wave length nearly the same with water, with mixture containing glass fiber, pigment and ash. Said material 2b is filled up in the vessel composed of a metal frame 1b and glass 3b, 4b through a pipe 5b. Then, optical characteristic of the material 2b can be equalized with the usual paper containing a constant quantity of moisture by controlling the organic matter in the material 2b.
